Big Bang’s Seungri has impressed the public with his generosity.
According to the district of Gwangsan on August 23, Seungri shared his idea with his father, Lee Yeon Jin, on August 20 and decided to donate 100 sacks of white rice to the private and public welfare solidarity network of Gwangsan-gu called “Together Gwangsan.”
Though the group Big Bang has made charitable donations in the past, this was the first time for the youngest member to make a donation under his own name.
Seungri’s father spoke on behalf of his son, “Starting with this donation, Seungri will be on donating activity every year, regularly.”
A ceremony to pass on the rice will be held August 24th at 4PM at the Gwangsan Ward Office. Due to his activities abroad, Seungri will not be present. The rice will be distributed to senior citizens and others in need.
