Super Junior tops Oricon’s Album Chart with ‘Hero’


Super Junior’s latest Japanese album has proudly stood at the top of Japan’s prestigious Oricon chart.

The group’s first studio album ‘Hero’ topped Oricon’s daily album chart on the day of its release on July 24, after selling 52,232 copies. The album contains its title song “Hero”, as well as 10 other tracks including “Bonamana”, “Opera” and “Mr. Simple”.

Also, 2PM Junho’s debut mini album ‘Kimi no Koe’ debuted at #3 on the same chart by selling 40,036 copies while U-KISS’ ‘Inside of Me’ came in on 6th spot.
